Traveling Bag/ Beach Bag

My bag is finally done after a long time of sitting, planning and staring at a fabric thinking what to do with it, and I am so happy with the finished product! I think it came out really well and I can't wait to use it for our family vacay this summer. Woho! I was thinking of making a beach bag that can accommodate all our things when going to beach, but I ended up making this that can be a traveling bag and a beach bag as well. It took me the whole day making it since I am a busy mom taking care of my little Harley, which is constantly wanting my attention. Every time he sees me sewing, he is so curious that he would literally climb up my wobbly table and start messing up with my stuff. Babies will be babies, alright! LOL!

I added the front pocket with ruffles and a fabric flower to the bag, and it is looking dandy!
It has a zipper closure for more security of my belongings, and I think this time I am getting better at dealing with Mr. Zipper when sewing and I had no problems at all. Yee Haw!

The strap of the bag is padded so it doesn't hurt my shoulder whenever it gets really heavy. This is perfect for a mom like me who needs all the space in her bag to store all the baby necessities. It's Sewtastic, Mama!

  2. Hi ate Nelds! Thanks once again for checking out and for the comment. Mas dali sana akong natapos nyan kong hindi lang dahil kay baby HF. Paano busy mommy na kasi ako kaya anytime time I get I have to hurry and sew up something. LOL!

Nabili ko yang fabrics na yan ate Nelds sa Walmart yong pre-cut na and the thing I like it is nagkamatch na ang mga fabrics.. :) Thanks again!
