Fitness/Health: My 6-Week Six Pack Challenge

Okay, I have actually started this months ago, but the lazy in me won and didn't follow through. BOOOOO! But, I want to get it going again and this time to stick with it all the way to through week six. I finally decided to have a calendar and mark each day that I workout so I have a way to track my activities. I think this way it also helps me motivated and a goal to reach. I am excited again to keep going. I would probably do this like 4 to 5 times a week, so will see what happens. Hopefully I can keep track on updating you guys on this blog about my progress. Wish me luck!

Are you guys currently doing any kind of fitness or health challenge lately? If you do, don't hesitate to share. I would love to hear from you.

  1. What a fun challenge you are doing. I am doing Thrive90 which is a 90 day fitness program So a little longer then your 6 weeks. I KNOW you can do this. There will be a day when you put on your pants and they feel more comfy, Then the day they are a little loose then to big. So Look forward to those. That is what keeps me going.

  2. Best of luck on your journey! Remember the old adage, abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym!

  8. I wish we are neighbors so we could motivate each other every time. IT's hard to keep when you are alone. Mga anak ko lang motivators ko lol.

  11. Same here, I was slacking last couple of months on my workout routine. I recently got a gym membership and looking forward to going to the gym twice a week in addition to my light workout at home in between.
