From Sweater to Little Boy's Argyle Vest

I had this Argyle sweater that I bought from a rummage sale about three years ago and I ended up wearing it only once and almost threw it away. Though it was still in perfect condition, the setback was that it was crooked and whenever I wear it, it was very uncomfortable. I knew I could use it into something someday so I ended up saving it. Until one day, it came into my mind to refashion it into my little boy's Argyle vest. Thanks to all of the refashion ideas I got from blogs that I follow. I knew it was a great use for it and I am happy I came up with the idea. What I did was I grabbed a vest that he already has in his closet that fits him well and used that as my template. As you see I layered it on top of a stripe button down shirt and I thought he looked sharp in it! What do you think?
