When my little man HF got his Transformers costume a few months ago, my little girl wanted her own superhero costume. Sure, there were other Supergirl Costumes to choose from, but this one I thought was cute and something that my little girl would want to wear. And I am glad I was right. What Do We Like About It?

- The packaging was really good. It was easy to open and the costumes were folded nicely. 

- I was very impressed by the quality of the costume. You know how some costumes are made cheaply with thin fabric or material and will only last for one wear and you are ready to throw it away. This one is not. It is sturdy, well-made, and can last many playtime.

- My little girl is almost three years old (next month) and the costume fits her well. It is also easy to put on and easy to take it off. 

- Yes, it has the boot tops that are easy to put on, even my little girl can do it by herself. They are not real boots, they are made to cover the kid's shoes or boots to look like they are wearing the Supergirl boots. It has the elastic on the bottom as stirrups to hold it in place. 

- The costume has a cape attached by a Velcro so you can take it off if you want to. The closure on the back is also a Velcro. 

- Another thing that I really like about the costume is that there is no fuss. I mean, it does not contain a whole bunch of accessories that my little girl might not want to wear. Or that my little girl might find it annoying. It has three things, the cape, the dress itself and the boot tops and you are good to go. No need for putting on some make-up or other accessories to look the part. 

What We Don't Like About It? 

- I can't think of anything that we don't like about it because it is adorable! Who would not like a costume this cute? Exactly! 

- If this was my money spent to buy the costume, was it worth every penny? Yes! Absolutely. 

Everyone, please welcome our two super awesome and super cute Superheroes- Optimus Prime and Super Girl! Mommy and Daddy now have two superheroes that will help save the day. Up, Up, And Away! I just hope these two superheroes know how to pick up their toys after playing. That would be super duper great! 

Seeing my kids wearing their costumes got me to thinking about party ideas for kids, which of course involve super fun costumes. I am not really planning for any kind of party in the future, but I am sure a lot of you will be hosting Halloween parties this month. I may not know anything about the movie Transformers or the new movie cast, and probably won't get to see the movie at all, but I know my son sure enjoys dressing up in his new costume. Something that he has enjoyed recently is to play dress up as one of the Transformer characters and it is a costume that we received for free in exchange for an honest review. Our Review: 

- You can tell he loves this costume so much because he didn't care if it was hot and humid that day just as long as he has it on.  He was riding his bike, climbing trees, running around the yard with his Transformers costume on and he would not even take it off at all. He is very excited to show it off to his best buddy when we go back to Wyoming. Him and his friend both love to play dress up and now that he has a new costume, he is excited to share it with his friend. He loves the muscle part of the costume, by the way. He said it makes him strong and a big boy now with all the muscles. So cute! 

- The costume's easy to put on and take off. Yes, it is a bit longer on my kid, but that is okay. When he puts on his shoes, it's fine. It is actually nice that it is not too tight on my kid or else he would not wear it. It is best to have a little bit of room so my kid is free to move around and not being constricted when wearing. It is easy to put on with Velcro closure on the back. The only thing that kept bugging him was the top part of the Velcro that keeps coming off. 

- The mask is also easy to put on with an elastic. Even his little sister wants to wear the mask because she thinks it is awesome! 

- If you ask about the packaging, it was neatly packed. I didn't have a hard time opening the packaging at all. 

- All in all, we are very happy with the quality of the costume, which is not too thin and not cheaply made. If it was our money spent, it would be worth the buy. It can withstand several play dates with a very happy boy wearing it. The costume does not come with the gloves and shoes so you have to buy that separately along with the other accessories. Product Review: Super Mario Bros Costume For My Boy

It is not that long ago that my little HF has been into costumes. He had been asking me to make him a superman cape or costume, but I haven't got around to making him some. Plus, I don't have the materials, so poor thing he would do away with blankets. He is also into playing Super Mario Bros games online and he once asked me if I could get him a Super Mario costume to wear, and I am really glad I got the chance to review a Super Mario costume for free!

He has on a size 5 costume and it fits him fine. Except for the gloves. The mustache is cute, it is a peel n' stick one.

Super Mario Bros games have been around for so many years and I can remember playing the game many years ago. I remembered playing Mario games before on the computer or one of those old play station thingy and I remembered some of the characters like Luigi, Mario and the Princess, where they have to rescue her from the dragon (something like that). I may not know much about it, but there are Interesting Facts About the Mario Bros that you can check out if you are interested. 

And as for the costume, it is easy to put on. It came with other accessories needed to complete the entire look. And of course, it is a costume so expect it to not be of the highest quality. The only problem we have is the inflatable tummy because I couldn't get it to stay on or even strap on. But other than that, it is a good costume than can last many costume parties. Product Review: Precious Pink Wabbit Infant Costume

For some people, this time around is the time where the houses are all decked out with nothing, but Halloween themed decors. People are shopping for costumes for when the night of Halloween comes, you have something to wear for trick or treating or Halloween costume parties. This is also special for some little ones who are very excited about dressing up and be they want to be. Some costumes can be homemade, unique, and some can be very lavish and expensive costumes. It depends on what people prefer just as long as they get to celebrate the Halloween in costumes they want. 

We may not celebrate Halloween, but my little girl's birthday is coming up (next month) and I have been thinking of what to do for her birthday so I thought maybe something like a costume party. Product Review: US Navy Captain Harley

I could not decide which photo to share, so hey I am sharing you three photos instead. It is up to you to decide which photo looks best. I may not know much about US Navy Seal rankings and Special Forces, but all I know is that my little man is looking good and sharp in his new costume. That is my US Navy Captain Harley wearing his U.S. Navy Seals battle costume. I was a bit apprehensive about him having to wear it because he does not like to wear clothes or he does not like fuss at all, but to my surprise he was quite eager to wear it. He didn't even want to take it off after I took his photos. He thought he was the "man" just like Bear Grylls of  Man Vs. Wild. He is so adorable, but of course I am biased to this since he is my little man. What do you think?

I got this costume in the mail the other day and my little man was so excited when I told him I got something for him in the mail, but was not able to take some photos right away until now. The thing I like about the costume is that it comes with Velcro closure and elastic waist so you don't need to button or zipper things up and it makes for easy on and off the clothes. I ordered the small size one, but as you can see it is a bit loose on him and that's okay, I can fix that.
