Health/Fitness: SMILE (One Of My Tips In Getting Through A Workout)

Okay, here is something that hopefully will inspire and encourage some of you. This is not to shame you guys or to make you feel bad about yourself. With the cold season being here, it is hard to get motivated because all we want to do is hibernate and eat. Yum! But, we gotta keep on moving and stay healthy and strong. It is not about being skinny so we can look like a bikini model, but it is about our health. I admit I have some bad days and some good days when it comes to workout. Just three days ago I didn't want to workout and I didn't. I stayed home instead and baked with my kids. And that is okay, because sometimes our body needs a break. But be sure to get back to your workout routine and keep on moving. You don't really need to do what I do, but just keep on sweating and moving. It is good for our body, heart and soul. The video consists some of the exercises I do while at the gym. By all means, I am no expert, but I learned a few things that works for me. Stay Healthy!

(Geez! I need new workout clothes and something in fun and bright colors this time.)

There are days I feel light and sexy, but there are some days I feel heavy, awful, and bloated. Oh, my body. You are something!

 photo IMG_6442_zps70f9e323.jpg

Do you want to know what is one of my secrets to getting through a workout? SMILE. I know! You must be thinking right now, "What on earth are you talking about?". I am working my butt off, about to pass out and you want me to Smile? Well for me, when you smile, you are happy. And why you are happy, you have more energy. You have a better attitude towards your workout and you are more likely to do it. Be happy and be proud of the work that you have done. There is no point in working out and you are not happy about it. Be Happy. Enjoy Your Time. And don't forget to Smile. You'll be glad you did. Have a great one!

Story Telling Time With Selby: A Book Called "How Kind"

Reading a book with your kid even just a few minutes of your time is essential to your kid's development. I know my little girl doesn't know how to read yet, but she thinks she does. She reads the book by what she sees in the picture and by what she remembers from when we read the book with her. Adorable! We hope you enjoy!

May you have a wonderful Friday and a great weekend! Take care, everyone!!!

Beartooth Highway, We Love You!

What a beautiful drive this is! And, it was also a knee-weakening view of the Beartooth Loop as you go down and around the winding road. If you have never been to this part of Montana and are planning to visit the Big Sky Country, don't forget the Beartooth Highway. Absolutely breathtaking!!! I felt like I was on top of the world! You do not want to miss this drive.

The video doesn't really do it justice in telling you how jaw dropping, stunning, and gorgeous this drive was. But I sure hope these videos will give you a bit of an idea of the place. We were so glad we made this trip on the side of Montana.

Anyway, I will talk more about our experience during our summer vacation this year later on, on this blog. There will be more videos and photos to share, so stay tuned. Right now, I am busy doing other things like unpacking, cleaning, laundry, and all those fun things (NOT) that you do when you come home from a vacation. See you later! I hope you enjoy the videos. And don't forget to subscribe to my YouTube Channel, if you like. Thank you!

Grizzly Bear In Nye, Montana- August 10, 2014

Coming home from our afternoon trip in Nye, Montana, I spotted something out in the field that at first I thought it was just a cow. But I quickly realized it was a bear and excitement rushed in. This is a full 8-minute video of the Grizzly Bear we saw right across the cabin we stayed. Not a great quality of a video and also shaky, but I hope you enjoy it. Have a great one!

It is funny how we spent seven days in Yellowstone National Park and never saw a Grizzly bear (we saw a black bear though), but we saw one right in the field across the cabin we rented in Nye, Montana. Amazing! I love it when the bear stood up and was looking around. Majestic! Gotta love the wildlife.

I Won't Share!

My little miss is a little bookworm and her new favorite book as of lately is a book she got from the library called "I Won't Share!". It is so cute listening to her while she flips through the pages of the book and reads the story. Or more like memorizing the lines in the story. Kids are amazing and this is what happens when you read books to them. I just think that kids are naturally born bookworms and it is up to us parents to help develop that love for books and reading.

No Workout DVDs? Try YouTube!

It is summertime season and people are enjoying their outdoor activities, whether it be road tripping, hiking, camping or spending time at the beach or water park with friends and family. And usually summertime is when people start to go on a working out frenzy. I mean, working out should be part of your daily routine and not just because bikini season is coming up. But for some people that is the case.

And, speaking of bikini season, I want to share with you some of the workout videos that I have been doing at home to help me get in shape for the season. These workout videos are on YouTube. I do have a few workout DVDs, but since we are back in Kansas in our old house and we have a really good internet connection here, which allows me to watch videos, so I am taking advantage. Like I always say, I love trying out different workouts and with YouTube, you can find tons of workout videos. And I love it!

A few months ago, I did stop working out because things had gotten really busy with us moving to a new place and fixing it up and what not. My workout had been neglected and my body was really telling me I needed to get back to my workout routine. And I did!

When I get up in the morning, I would either do the Piloxing first or the Jillian Michaels workout. I would usually swap those two, it depends on what I am in the mood for. Then there are some days where I like to focus on toning my abs more because for crying out loud, it still needs it. I did do Focus t25 for about a week and I really enjoyed that no matter how hard it was. Anyway, here are some of the workout videos that I love that you can find on YouTube. Thanks, YouTube!

I am always a fan of Gilad's workout and it is something that I have been doing for years now. I started doing Gilad's when I had my first baby and at that time, I wanted to get back in shape for our trip to Florida to visit my sister-in-law. Because, you know, summertime at the beach in your bikini. And the photo below is of me with my boy and my sister-in-law at the beach in Florida on our hunt for shark tooth. And yes, I am wearing the same two-piece because it has been my favorite swimwear ever! And my sister-in-law gave it to me years ago. Thanks!

 photo 65563_10151423300010699_496491804_n_zpsa1f2a9e7.jpg

Belly Dance workout is something I like to do after a cardio workout.

The reason why I am talking about it, is because you don't really need to buy those expensive workout DVDs to get in shape, but you just have to be resourceful. Hey, you don't even need YouTube at all if you really want to be fit, healthy and in shape. But if you don't have a clue when it comes to working out, DVDs and YouTube videos are helpful. But of course, talk to your doctor first to make sure that a certain type of workout is safe for you to do. Okay? Okay!

 photo 10470267_10152448787110699_1341246344254701721_o_zps13975fcb.jpg

Sure, I don't have the tiniest waist and the hard rock abs (although that would awesome), but really I am just happy I am making progress. It is not really all about being skinny anymore, but it is all about getting in shape, healthy and fit. Of course, when you feel good about yourself inside and out, then that makes you feel and look sexy. I know working out can be tough and there are times that I don't feel like doing it, but I have to. That is why I like to try a new workout because it keeps me going. And my husband and my kids are my motivator, too. I have a family that I love so much and I want to stay healthy so I can be around for a long while.

But please, don't feel insulted or feel hurt about my blog post because I am just here, hopefully encourage you to live a happy and healthy lifestyle. I am not here to shame you or others, but to help. And you know what, just because you are not in the best shape of your life, don't let it ruin your time. Enjoy your summer with family and friends and have a blast! Have a great one!

 photo Collage_zps0eb76907.jpg
This is my progress so far. Gotta keep going!

Below is a short clip of me doing the Piloxing with weighted gloves on (major soreness, but love it). And my little girl joining with me.  Let's keep moving!

Product Review/Giveaway: Happy Valley DVD from Organa

Television does not exist in our household and it is something that we decided years ago to totally cut off our satellite subscription and just use the internet for entertainment. Not only we save money on monthly fees, but by using the internet or DVDs for the kids to watch shows, we get to control the type of shows they watch and how long they can watch it.

And speaking of DVD, the other day, I received some complimentary products from a company called Organa, which you will learn something about it in a little bit. When they agreed to work with me for a product review, I was asked what DVDs I am interested in and I picked three (3) of them. And one of those three DVDs we received is the Happy Valley. I will actually do some product reviews on two of the DVDs, but I wanted to share with you first this Happy Valley DVD because it is my kids favorite. But first, let's get to know a little bit about Organa

What Do We Think About The DVD?

- My kids absolutely love watching the Happy Valley DVD. Every time you ask my little girl what she would like to watch in the morning, you can bet she would say "Happy Valley!". The Happy Valley DVD is a story about the life of the kids living in the beautiful countryside by the sea called Happy Valley. Each episode in the DVD is filled with nursery rhymes and catchy songs that my kids find very entertaining. And I tell you, I find myself humming or singing to some of the songs. They have little kids as their main characters who, like the description says are learning about life and the world around them. It has stories like Gwen and Gareth going on a road trip to see their grandma who lives by the seaside in a tiny, but tidy house. Then they played at the beach building a tiny house and having so much fun until it was time to go back to grandma's house. Gwen and Gareth also love going on a grocery shopping with their mom and seeing all those delicious food at the market. They also learn about how to safely cross the street with their mom.

Then there is a boy named Jack who's excited to see his Uncle Wynn visiting from a fishing trip and brought him a huge fish, which they had for supper. This short story also teaches kids about doing chores like washing dishes and how Jack likes washing dishes because he  imagines going on a big adventure with uncle Wynn.

There is also a story about the Robin Redbreast bird where Gwen and Gareth learned about what do birds eat. This story is so cute and made such an impression on my little boy. The other day, while it was snowing and cold outside, he asked for his own jacket, warm pants and boots on because he was going outside to feed the birds with the an old bread that he was saving just for them. He was worried that the birds might be hungry too, just like the Robin Redbreast in the story. After setting the bread outside, he came in and sat by the window patiently waiting for the birds to come and eat the bread. How cute!

These are just some of the stories that the Happy Valley has on the DVD and they are stories that kids do experience in real life. The Happy Valley DVD is something that we love to have at home for my kids to watch because it has stories filled with great lessons, wholesome, fun, very kid-friendly, and the lady narrator has a calm and soothing voice to listen to. Yes, the characters don't talk at all, but you will hear a lovely lady narrator telling you all the stories. Every episode is short, but perfect for the kid's attention span. And because it includes music, it made it more fun and interesting for my kids to watch.

All in all, we are very happy with this DVD and we would love to see the Volume 1 and learn more more about the daily lives of the kids in the beautiful Happy Valley. Thank you, Organa

Fitness/Health: My 6-Week Six Pack Challenge

Okay, I have actually started this months ago, but the lazy in me won and didn't follow through. BOOOOO! But, I want to get it going again and this time to stick with it all the way to through week six. I finally decided to have a calendar and mark each day that I workout so I have a way to track my activities. I think this way it also helps me motivated and a goal to reach. I am excited again to keep going. I would probably do this like 4 to 5 times a week, so will see what happens. Hopefully I can keep track on updating you guys on this blog about my progress. Wish me luck!

Are you guys currently doing any kind of fitness or health challenge lately? If you do, don't hesitate to share. I would love to hear from you.

Product Review: Doonya Bollywood Dance And Fitness

 photo GlendoWeatherAccuWeatherForecastforWY82213_zpsafdc6d9d.png

There's lots of snow on the ground and the weather is brutally cold. The old winter has not giving up just yet. Nowhere to go and it is freezing cold for the kids to play outside in the snow, so what better way to spend the day than to work out with mama.

I have really been slacking on my workout these days and my body is telling me it is time to get back to moving and keep it going. I guess it is part of the weather that makes you uninspired to even workout. Finally, I am up and moving again.

Recently, I received some complimentary DVDs from Doonya, which is a type of a Bollywood dance workout. It is fast and fun to do even though I don't understand the songs. (LOL) I am new to this workout and I know later on I will be able to keep up. I will do a product review about this workout around this week, so stay tune. In the mean time, here is a video of me and my kids.

You know you are a mother when sometimes, workout doesn't mean your ME time. Sometimes, kids want to workout with me. And why not! Instead of getting rid of the kids or stop working out,  I let them workout with me. In the end, I could no longer follow along the DVD because of my kids, so I end up working out and playing at the same time. Life Of A Mama! My already skinny picky-eater man loves to workout with me, so as my girl. And guess what? Both of them are fast asleep after moving around with me. Ahhhh... some quite time for me and dadda. Enjoy!

(This is now an updated review about the Doonya Workout)

 photo DoonyaBollywoodDanceFitness_zpsd2b1eaa8.png

What Is Doonya?
Doonya is your happy workout inspired by our Bollywood-dance roots. Our signature class, DVD series and online media content features easy-to-follow cardio, strength-building fitness routines perfectly choreographed to the latest high energy, Bollywood-inspired music. We envision a world where working out isn’t work–it’s a blast. Much like Bollywood itself, Doonya offers students an opportunity to leave their troubles behind as they dance their worries away. While following a Doonya routine, you are a Bollywood star at the same time that you’re working out your entire body. You’ll be sweaty, but you’ll be smiling.

- I am definitely enjoying this workout and like it says, if you can't keep up with the moves, it is alright just as long as you keep moving. The music's upbeat and makes you just want to dance to your own moves and rhythm when you can't keep up. You know, I can move, but there are times I can't keep up with the DVD, but that's alright. Because I know I am having fun, I am sweating, my bum, my thighs, my arms, and my tummy's burning up (in a good way) and I know it is working. It is fast, fun, and what a great way to change up your workout so you don't end up stuck in a workout rut. Thank you so much, Doonya! Awe! Just watching the video makes me want to go workout now. If you'll excuse me, I am off to do some Doonya. Don't forget to check out Doonya's website at http://www.doonya.com/, and see if it is something you would like to try.

- Below is another 11-minute video of me when I first did the Doonya (taken on the same day as the video above). I was trying to keep up with the moves and didn't know much about it. Doonya would be something fun to do when you get together with your friends and have a workout party. You do get really tired and sweaty, but when you do it with friends or any of your family members, it's fun! Hope you enjoy!

Product Review: Cardio Core And More Hoop Workout By Empower

 photo Untitled_zps8ba5c8eb.jpg
This is now an update and a review of the customizable 3lb weighted hoop from Empower Fitness

Hula Hooping is not something new to me. In fact, when I was little, my friends and I would do a hooping contest to see who can hula hoop the longest. It was fun to be able to have a friendly competition with your friends, yet we didn't even know back then that we were also working out. I would say I do well with the hoop, but I wish I can do more tricks with it.

My weighted hoop came at the right time when I needed something new with my workout routine. I mean, I am the type of person who likes to mix my workout and not just stick to one because I do get bored. I want something new and fun. I did have a hula hoop back at the old house, but it was not a weighted one. This hoop is something I love to use.

You would think that hoop workout is something that is easy, but with this workout there are other things you can do with it. My kids enjoy watching me do the hoop and they always want to try, but this one is too heavy for them. Even my husband wanted to learn how to hoop and it is so funny watching him do it. Shh... don't tell him I said that.

Below are the two videos of me with my girl on my shoulders while I do the hoop, and one doing the shortened version of the Cardio Core and More Hoop Workout

My little girl has been a bit clingy lately, so sometimes I would end up working out with her, and hooping was something she thought was fun while she rides on my shoulders.

Cardio Core and More Fitness Hoop

Cardio Core and More Fitness Hoop

The package includes an instruction on how to assemble your hoop. The hoop consists of 8 easily assembled sections. Each section has an "A" side and a "B" side. The "A" side has a BUTTONHOLE and the "B" side has a corresponding INSERT BUTTON. The BUTTONHOLE by the way is under the foam on the "A" side of the section. Anyway, when you buy this product, it comes in a DVD and an information that you will need.

The Cardio Core & More hoop, weighing 3lbs, is an exhilarating total body, yet low impact, workout that will shake up your fitness routine! This hoop features transferrable weight— mix and match weighted and non-weighted sections to create three different workouts! Creative, fluid movement reshapes your waist, builds power in your core, and gets your heart pumping!

Features
- Transferrable weight hoop lets you mix and match weighted and non-weighted sections to create three different workouts.
- Soft, thick, foam padding for extra comfort while hooping.
- Snap-button connections easily disassembles into 6 pieces for storage or travel.
- Includes one 40-inch, 3 lb, Cardio Core & More customizable weighted hoop, 45-minute - DVD, and illustrated workout guide.
- As with most fitness hoops, this product may cause tenderness with first few uses

What Do I Think About The Fitness Hoop?

- I didn't think that hula hooping could give me such a workout, where it gets me sweaty and my heart rate's up, but it is more than just hooping away. Not only it is working your core, but it is also working my arms and my leg muscles. It is working my arm muscles because it weighs three pounds and I can feel my arm muscles burning. And when you are doing your hoop, your legs are also working. With this fitness, they included the bonus part where it works on your core, legs, arms, and thighs, so you can be ready when the warm season is here. And with that said, I need to workout more.

- The Cardio Core and More Fitness Hoop by Empower Fitness is categorized into different levels, and it consists of different cycles. The Fitness Hoop starts with Cycle 1, which involves the so called "Drive The Car" workout, all the way to Cycle 14: the "Heel Digs with Hoop Stretch"Just like with any other workout, the Fitness Hoop starts with the Warm Up, then followed by an "Easy" workout, "Harder" workout, to the "Go Girl" level workout, then ends with the "Cool Down". There is also a Bonus part of the DVD, which you didn't see it in my video.

Here are the different Cycles from 1 to 14:
  1. Drive The Car
  2. Windshield Wiper
  3. Cross Chop with Lunge
  4. Figure 8's
  5. Squat With Overhead Press
  6. Drive the Car with Side Leg Lifts
  7. Figure 8's with Knee Dips
  8. Washing Machine (Squats with Rotation) - I think this one is so cute and fun to do, which for some reason it makes me giggle when I do this, which is good. It keeps my mind off of being tired and you actually have fun.
  9. Windshield Wiper with Leg Lifts
  10. Angle Head Squats with Overhead Press & Twist
  11. Jacks with Overhead Press
  12. Hoop Circles
  13. Washing Machine (Squats with Rotation)
  14. Heel Digs with Hoop Stretch
- It may sound kind of complicated, and it can be complicated for some, especially those who are not so coordinated, but once you do the workout two to three times you will get it.

- To give you a little idea about the product, it is a 3 lb weighted hoop where the pink part of the hoop is the heaviest part and the orange is the lighter part. You can customize your hoop according to your workout, and that's a nice thing about.

- Gin Miller, the instructor is fun to workout with. She is clear with her instructions on what the next step would be, and she has that calm voice, and the workout is easy to follow along.

- When I first started with my Fitness Hoop, my tummy section was sore for a couple of days and with a slight tenderness, but that is to be expected. It all went away on the third day and I was able to enjoy my workout more. It says that muscle soreness is common 24-48 hours after a strength training workout, and slight tenderness may occur around your midsection when you first start using the hoop. According to Empower Fitness, this is perfectly normal and will lessen over time.

- I like how you can store the hoop when not in use by disassembling the parts. It is perfect for when you travel and you have no access to the gym, so you can just stay inside your room and work away. This will come in handy for me because traveling season for us is up ahead, and in some places they don't have a fitness area. The packaging by the way is neat because it is easy to get it out of the box and assemble it, and within a few minutes I was working out.

- Of course, with common sense, you know your body well. And before you start any kind of workout, you might want to make sure that whether a certain workout is good for you or not. And please, don't forget to hydrate yourself before, during and after workout. It is important to always hydrate, hydrate, and hydrate. When I do my workout, I like to drink water in between breaks because not only it hydrates me, but it also gives me more energy. And here is a little tip that I learned from a show one time (I forgot what show), but it supposes that when you smell a slight bit of that Peppermint Essential Oil, it helps boost your energy. I don't know if that is all true, but it works for me. Just a little tip from you to you.

- If this was my money, was it worth the buy? So far, I am enjoying my Hoop workout and I see a little bit of change (even my husband can tell), so it's working for me, and yes, it is worth it. It is a great Cardio to start your morning with. I will update this post later on to share more progress. Thank you Empower Fitness for the complimentary fitness hoop.

Product Review: Learning The Philippine National Language With Dino Lingo

My family received a complimentary product from Dino Lingo to facilitate a dependable and honest review. Read below for my full disclosure.

As some of you may know, I am a Filipina married to an American man therefore our kids are Filipino-Americans. In an effort to introduce my kids to my Philippine culture because that is part of who they are, I wanted them to learn at least the Philippine National Language- Tagalog. Although, Tagalog isn't my first language (I speak Bisaya), but I want them to learn Tagalog anyway as it can help them when someday as they get old and decide to visit the Philippines. Everywhere you go in the Philippines, Tagalog language is understood hence it is the National Language. When I learned about a company called Dino Lingo Language Program an award-winning program, I was excited to try out their product. Sure, I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have the Cebuano Language, but still thrilled to learn that they do have the Tagalog version. I got hold of the company and they agreed to work with me. I am really thankful for this opportunity and their trust to review their product. With that said, let's get to know more about the company and their program, shall we?

Here are some information Dino Lingo language learning programs:

Dino Lingo is designed as a fun, light, and entertaining method to introduce children to common and simple vocabulary words in a target language. We have designed these language learning programs to engage children as a form of entertainment, which ignites the imagination and encourages them to want to gain a deeper understanding of the target language.

The Dino Lingo language learning program is designed as an introduction to 200 vocabulary words, which a child may easily identify after watching the video several times. The goal of the entertaining and engaging DVDs is to capture a child's imagination, as they are introduced to new words in a new language.

The Dino Lingo programs are not recommended for children who have had over 50+ hours of instruction of immersion in the target language, as they might find this vocabulary "too easy". However, as an introduction and an educational form of entertainment, we highly recommend watching the Dino Lingo language learning programs as a family.

Our Review:

- We were so excited when we received the product in the mail because it included a whole lot of fun learning things that kids can use. It has DVDs and one CD with Filipino songs in it. It has a whole bunch of flashcards that parents and kids can play together with photos of animals, fruits, clothes, etc. It has posters, coloring books, a 2014 Calendar, and some stickers to keep track of your kid's progress in learning Tagalog languages. It also came in with the little blue dino stuffed toy that my son loves to play with because he is into dinosaurs lately so it makes sense.

- Watching the Dino Lingo show is one of the things that Harley looks forward to when coming home from school. By using dinosaurs as their main characters really capture the kids' attention and makes learning more fun. They don't even know that they are actually learning just by watching the DVDs. And speaking of kids' attention, we know that kid's attention span only last for about a few minutes and the length of the videos are just right so kids doesn't get bored by the end of the show. The music is fun to listen to and very catchy. It is so sweet listening to my little man speaking after the video and learning the Tagalog words. Even my little girl can now say Araw and Ina. She enjoys the videos too!

- There are five (5) DVD in the Dino Lingo package and in each DVDs teaches the kids about colors, numbers, animals, food, people, places, and a whole lot more. Dino Lingo ensures that kids will learn new languages in a more fun and effective way. And as you can see in my videos, my little man is learning some Tagalog words especially counting numbers.

- Dino Lingo Language Learning program is not just for kids to do, but the whole family can take part. It would make for a fun healthy competition between siblings or for the family.

- If this was my money, it's worth the buy. I would recommend it to other parents out there who would love their kids to learn a new language.

If you and your kids are ready to discover a new language, Dino Lingo Language Program is a fun, easy and effective way to learn. Don't forget to check out their website today. Right now they have a Christmas Special Sale where everything is 15% off by using a coupon code HOLIDAY15. Thank you, Dino Lingo!

My Little Girl And The Rabbit

What can I say? She loves animals and she was determined to get a hold of that Rabbit. Oh kids! The rabbit somehow didn't want to leave the spot at all. Must be the warmest spot in the entire yard? I tell you, the yard is full of wildlife. From birds, rabbits, and deer constantly visiting.

The High Plains Homestead In Nebraska (Part 2): The Hunter Room

This is the part two of our trip to the High Plains Homestead in Nebraska, and if you miss the first part of it, click here. We were lucky we got us a room for the night and we stayed at "The Hunter" room. It is not like a modern and fancy room, but has a rustic charm. Perfect place to wind and unwind and a place to get away from it all. There is no TV, but there's internet connection so it really is quiet at night time. I think all of us had quiet a good night's sleep.

Me Singing Even Angels By Fantasia

If you liked me or friended me on Facebook, then you may have heard me sing this song already, but for some of you who haven't I hope you like the meaning of the song. I am not the best singer in the world, but I can make my kids go to sleep when I sing. LOL! I recorded this last week the night I was up so late taking care of a sick little baby girl due to teething, but now she is doing good. Anyway, I have been a little bit busy lately particulary in sewing craze right now so by them time I am done, I will share some photos of the things I have been making these days. For now, I am serenaanding you with a song. Hope you like!

Nostalgia Thursday: Labette Idol- 2007

I am not so sure if video is allowed in Nostalgic Thursday, but I hope it is because I am going to take you back in the year 2007- Labette Idol. This was in Parsons, Kansas Theatre during the Labette Idol singing contest. I was feeling really good that night, I love my song, and I had a great time performing and I won second place for the adult category. Yaye! What I night that was. I even got more excited when I saw my photo on the newspaper the next day.

The reason I chose to share this to you because I have not been singing/performing lately and I kind of miss it. I have not been practicing either and I can tell I am getting very rusty. Watching my videos, it keeps me more inspired to keep on singing even just at home and having my little boy as my one and only audience. The song that I chose was Martina McBride's Happy Girl. I hope you like my entry today!

I am not the best singer of all, but I can sing. I have no professional voice lesson or anything like that at all.

My ever supportive husband and my number one fan. Have a great day!
