After reading other blogs about sewing and arts & crafts, I was inspired of going back to sewing again. It all happened from a friend of mine named Claire (who also has blogs), when she shared me some links of blogs that make amazing stuff. One of them that is really inspiring is Teresa's blog called the Green Bag Lady that got me into making these bags. What she does is she makes bags to giveaway for free with the promise of using it every time you shop to save Mother Earth. Instead of using plastic bags or paper bags, why not use reusable fabric shopping bags the next time you shop. So now, I am on the road to making more bags for me (about 20 bags) because every time I go grocery shopping I usually take home tons of groceries with me. I feel so guilty about using plastic bags every time.
