I wore this outfit on my visit to the OB-Gyn to have my IUD removed. Yes, I had it removed after three years of using it. But before I go on about it, those who aren't comfortable reading about this stuff, please, you are feel free to excuse yourself. Thank you!
Anyway, it has been a little over a week now that I have had the pain in my lower tummy and my hip area to the point where it was hard for me to sit down or even lay down. The only way for me to lay down is on my tummy, and if my husband (or my kids) would give me a massage and the pain goes away for a while, which allows me to sleep. It felt like I was going to give birth again or something. It was this numbing pain in my hips and lower tummy that later on spreads out and my entire back was painful. I was also spotting for four days. It was an uncomfortable feeling that I couldn't help myself, but to cry my pain away. It was no fun!
Now that I finally have it removed, I feel like I am free again. I am not kidding you, when the doctor finally had it removed, it was a big sigh of relief and I may have sung for joy. It was like I heard the angels up above singing for joy. I am not a big fan of the IUD, and I will never use it again. My husband and I are trying a different option to birth control, but I really do wish I can find something that is natural that works for both of us. If you guys have any ideas or recommendation to other safe and natural birth control, please do share. I would appreciate it. Thank you!
As of now, I am still a bit sore, but I no longer have that sharp pain on my back, hip and lower ab, like something is stabbing me inside. While we were in the waiting room yesterday, all of a sudden I felt this really sharp pain, that I had to sit down. I couldn't even pick up or carry my little girl because it was that painful. I was really nervous thinking that something could be serious inside, but thank God I am fine.
Ahhhhhhh.... I can finally go back to my normal workout routine again. I have been out of the gym for almost two weeks now and I am frustrated about it, so today I am going back to a light workout first. Yaye!
Before I end this post, I would like to send my prayers to my family, relatives, friends, and to everyone in the Philippines that they will be safe from the storm. We pray that the storm Ruby will calm down and won't cause havoc to the people in the Philippines. It's only been a year since they've experienced Yolanda, and yet again, people are worried about the new storm "Ruby". Mama and papa, I miss you and we love you. Be safe. May God be with all of you.
