Turtle Neck to Ruffled Scoop Neck

I got this turtle neck shirt from years ago and I only like to use it every time we go to the farm. One day I grew tired of wearing it so I decided to refashion my turtle neck shirt and make it look interesting. Upon reading and following other blogs, I found some amazing refashions from jeans to skirt, big t-shirts to baby pants, etc. I saw plain shirts revamped into something interesting with just a touch of a ruffle and made it look different. I copied the same concept in achieving a more fun look to a shirt. This time instead of a turtle neck, I cut it out into a scoop neck to show off some skin and to elongate my neck part. I am loving the result! So if you have some old shirts tuck in your closet and don't want to use anymore, why not refashion it into something new. It's Sewtastic!
